Commonly asked questions about how we charge: For other servics, other than lawn mowing, we generally bill at a Per-man Per-hour rate. Example: General cleanup, per-man per-hour rate. Will say the hourly rate is $30 and we use 2 men. That would be $60.00 hr. [$30 (per-man per hour rate) X 2 men = $60 an hour]
How do we charge for mulch? Example: You need 5 yards of mulch 5 yards of mulch X $ rate = (everything needed to get the job done) Labor and cost of mulch is included in the price per-yard quoted. Labor consists of: ·Bed preparation – cutting the beds ·Additonal charges may be assessed for removing old leaves that were not previously removed, weeds etc. ·Putting down the mulch ·Cleanup You can generally look at what you want done and ask yourself how long, will it take to complete the job. We will time each job and bill accordingly
